✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education (Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred)
✅ Valid teaching license/certification
✅ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge of American curriculum and early/primary years pedagogy
✅ Native-level English fluency
✅ Visionary leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsSalary & Benefits
