Job Category: Hotel-MarketingJob Description:Are you a creative leader with a strong background in hospitality and F&B marketing? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence, engage our guests, and drive revenue through innovative campaigns across our hotel and food & beverage outlets. A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Developing and executing the hotel's annual marketing plan, with a strong focus on rooms, banquets, and F&B outlets.Designing campaigns, promotions, and content to position our restaurants, lounges, and bars as leading destinations in Kuwait.Managing digital and social media presence, ensuring brand alignment and maximum engagement.Building and maintaining media, influencer, and community partnerships to strengthen visibility.Working closely with Sales & Revenue teams to maximize ROI of promotions and events.Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.Overseeing PR activities, photo/video shoots, collateral production, and brand activations.Coordinating with Operations and F&B teams to support special events, seasonal offers, and guest engagement initiatives.Preparing monthly performance reports, marketing analytics, and future action plans. What we need from you:Candidate must be based in Kuwait with strong local market knowledge and networks.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience in luxury hotels and the Food & Beverage industry.Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for restaurants, events, and hotels.Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social media strategy, content marketing).Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and F&B trends.Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
