- Follow up on Law Suits filed by or against Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company.
- Follow up of law firms contracting with Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company.
- Ensure that files of Law Suits filed by or against Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company are complete and up-to-date.
- Update the legal department files and keep the required documents.
- Assisting the Legal Director in drafting and reviewing contracts entered into by Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company with suppliers.
- Assisting the Legal Director in searching for the correct legal opinion for all issues presented to the legal department.
- Ensure that law firms contracting with Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company attend all cases brought by or against Dar Al Shifa Hospital Company
- Assists in the preparation of legal report/ advice on a wide range of hospital related issues like investigations / penalties against employees.
- Takes assignments and provides needed reports to the Legal Director.
- Continues review of all the laws, regulations & resolutions issued by concerned official parties for the hospital, review and prepare a report on them to the Legal Director.
- Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed.
