Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and strategic Bilingual Social Media Specialist to manage our company’s social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess strong content creation skills, and have a proven track record of managing social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content in Arabic and English across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Platforms etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs; provide actionable insights.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a high level of engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and execute campaigns and promotions.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads etc.).
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and visibility.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms if required.
