Reporting to: CEOJob Summary:This role involves managing the farm operations on a daily basis, supervising and coordinating the work of farm workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing the farm’s operational procedures. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for reporting progress and issues back to the CEO, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in order on the farm.Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all farm activities (planting, harvesting, irrigation, livestock care, etc.) Ensure daily farm operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely Monitor productivity and implement improvements to optimize operations Manage inventory and procurement of farm inputs (seeds, feed, fertilizer, equipment)
