The Graphic Designer role in the retail and wholesale industry in Kuwait is a dynamic position that requires creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This position is essential for creating visually appealing graphics that align with the brand's identity and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing teams to develop designs that attract and engage customers, ultimately driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty.Responsibilities: * Develop and design creative graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and messaging.
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
Create and maintain a library of design assets for future use.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design work.
Prepare and present design concepts to clients and internal teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Assist in the development of promotional campaigns through innovative design solutions.
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for design.
Knowledge of print and digital design processes.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and feedback.
