✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Education or your subject area (Master’s preferred)
✅ Valid teaching license/certification
✅ Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role
✅ Strong knowledge of the American curriculum and instructional leadership
✅ Native-level English fluency
