System Development Project Management (SDPM) is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our consultancy team for the supervision and management of a major ongoing project in Kuwait.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale building projects, including commercial complexes, infrastructure works, hospitals, and government facilities, within a consultancy environment.Key Responsibilities:

Represent the consultancy firm and act as the primary point of contact with the client, contractor, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Lead the supervision team in overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance on-site.
Coordinate and manage the review and approval process for shop drawings, materials, and technical submittals.
Evaluate contractor claims, variation orders, and payment applications.
Attend progress and coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
Support contract administration and ensure timely reporting, documentation, and project deliverables.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover procedures.
