The Gym Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, promoting fitness programs, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a strong background in management.Responsibilities: * Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all members.

Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses.
Organize and promote fitness programs, classes, and events to enhance member engagement.
Address member inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and gym policies.
Analyze membership trends and feedback to improve services and facilities.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall gym offerings and member experience.
Maintain inventory of gym equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs and replacements as necessary.
