The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's real estate assets are optimized for performance and aligned with the overall business strategy.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement real estate strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including property rentals and local authorities.
Oversee property rentals and leasing processes to maximize profitability.
Prepare and present detailed reports on real estate performance and market trends to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws affecting real estate operations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers.
Monitor and manage property maintenance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and attract tenants.
Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in real estate management in Kuwait.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experienced in real estate management software and tools.
Strong understanding of financial principles related to real estate investments.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
