Reports To: Regional General ManagerTeam Size : Managing a team of 4 in Kuwait (1 Analyst, 2 Accountants and a Cost Controller) and 1 Assistant Manager in KSA.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:· Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process.· Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.· Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.2. Financial Reporting:· Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.· Generate financial reports for stakeholders, including executives and franchise owners.· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.3. Cash Flow Management:· Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.· Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.· Work closely with operational teams to optimize working capital.4. Financial Controls:· Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.· Identify and mitigate financial risks.5.
