The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy andintegrity.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesInventory ControlManagementActivities₋ Reconcile inventory balances between all warehouses on a monthly basis;₋ Investigate inventory related variances and ensure corrective actions are taken;₋ Oversee inventory related requests from various department;₋ Plan, organize and monitor the purchase orders and receiving process; monitors the flow ofpaperwork from inbound team to receiving team for timely data entry;₋ Resolve discrepancies with inbound team regarding invoices, packing slips and receiptreports;₋ Monitor and measure receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy;₋ Prepare and maintain receiving material and movement report;₋ Supervise all open stock transfers to ensure they are dispatched in a timely manner;₋ Oversee system write off for all locations as per SOP’s;₋ Prepare monthly inventory analysis report with turnovers;₋ Annual stock count preparation and reconciliation₋ Prepare daily stock report; prepares weekly reports as requested by management;₋ Prepare and reconcile daily sales order and returns, respectively and provide comparisonsto the Head of Supply Chain.
