Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Installing, maintaining, and repairing Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, data networks, IPTV, and related systems.Conducting regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure systems meet operational and safety standards.Responding promptly to system faults or breakdowns and restoring functionality with minimal downtime.Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other departments for installation, upgrades, and repairs.Maintaining detailed records of service reports, inspections, and equipment logs.Supporting the Chief Engineer in implementing system enhancements and energy-efficient solutions.Ensuring compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and safety requirements.What we need from you:Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment in a similar ELV Technician role.Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and networking.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.Problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Good communication skills; basic English is required, additional languages are a plus.What you can expect from us:A supportive, collaborative work environment where your skills are valued.Opportunities for technical training and professional growth within IHG Hotels & Resorts.Recognition programs and hotel colleague benefits.At IHG, we believe in providing Room to Belong, Room to Grow, and Room to Make a Difference.
