- Ensure all training materials are current and comply with industry standards.
- Assist in organizing workshops and seminars to promote continuous education in BLS and ACLS.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and active participation.
- Certification in BLS and ACLS, along with relevant nursing qualifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants in a learning environment.
- Proficient in using training aids and technology to enhance learning.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience in a healthcare setting in Kuwait is a plus.
