We are looking for a diligent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to ensure the workplace meets all safety and environmental regulations. The HSE Officer will implement safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and train employees on safety protocols.Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement health and safety policies.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
4. Train staff on safety procedures and protocols.
5. Keep up-to-date with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Maintain records of incidents and near misses.
7. Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety awareness.Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HSE Officer or similar role.
2. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
3. Excellent communication and training skills.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
5. Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus.
