Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Manage and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
