This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about high-end F&B retail and excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing the brand, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced, boutique-style environment.Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers in a warm and professional manner.

Present and promote dessert products, custom cake services, and premium offerings.

Understand customer preferences and provide tailored recommendations.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory accuracy.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Support store operations including stock receipt, replenishment, and daily reporting.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store functioning and client satisfaction.

Participate in promotional activities, sampling events, and store campaigns.
