ICT and ELV systems, ideally with experience in both technical support and client-
facing roles. The right candidate should have hands-on experience in system
configuration, installation, and integration, and be able to support the Agency team in
engaging with clients, preparing proposals, and converting leads into business.
Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer - ICT & ELV Systems
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Agency team in identifying opportunities and providing technical
consultation.
2. Configure and support ICT and ELV systems including:
CCTV (IP, Analog, Thermal)
Access Control Systems (ACS)
Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)
Queue Management Systems (QMS)
Audio Visual (AV), Intercom, IP Clock, and Public Address (PA) Systems
IP Telephony and Home Automation (Lighting, Curtain Motors, Alarm
Cameras)3. Configure and troubleshoot networking hardware and software, including
switches and routers.
4. Assist in data center support and remote monitoring.
5. Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and submittals.
6. Engage directly with customers and consultants to support technical solutions
and convert leads into business.
