Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Greeting members and guests warmly, handling check-ins, renewals, and general inquiries.Managing telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate information, and converting calls into confirmed memberships or bookings.Conducting tele-sales activities to generate leads, promote memberships, and follow up with potential clients.Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the overall team target and revenue goals of the Health Club.Assisting in membership renewals, upselling services, and promoting special packages or wellness events.Maintaining accurate records of member interactions, leads, and sales in the system.Coordinating with the Health Club Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.Processing payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate financial transactions at reception.Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the brand's 5-star standards.What we need from you:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury health club, or customer-facing sales environment.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, preferably in tele-sales or membership sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming personality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.What you can expect from us:A supportive, sales-focused, and guest-oriented work environment.Opportunities to grow within IHG Hotels & Resorts.Training programs to enhance sales, service, and product knowledge.Colleague recognition programs and attractive hotel benefits.At IHG, we believe in providing Room to Belong, Room to Grow, and Room to Make a Difference.
