Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Leading and supervising the restaurant service team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.Providing hands-on support on the floor while ensuring guests receive attentive, personalized service.Training and mentoring waiters and waitresses on service standards, menu knowledge, and up-selling techniques.Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order delivery.Monitoring table settings, presentation, and overall dining area cleanliness.Handling guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and preparing shift reports.Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.What we need from you:Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury dining environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.What you can expect from us:A supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment.Opportunities to advance your career within IHG Hotels & Resorts.Training programs to enhance leadership and service skills.Colleague recognition programs and attractive hotel benefits.At IHG, we believe in providing Room to Belong, Room to Grow, and Room to Make a Difference.
