As Calo’s Community Marketing Specialist, you’ll build and grow local relationships to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. You’ll manage affiliates and ambassadors, activate local events, and secure wellness-focused partnerships to position Calo as the go-to healthy meal solution in Kuwait.Main ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Ambassador Management
- Identify and manage influencers of all sizes to promote Calo across digital platforms
- Guide content creation, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand values
- Onboard and support affiliates while tracking performance and optimizing for ROI
- Plan and execute pop-ups, tastings, and wellness events to boost community engagement
- Collaborate with fitness and wellness venues for joint activations
- Represent Calo at local events and build strong ties with health-focused communities
- Build partnerships with gyms, clinics, and health brands to expand reach
- Negotiate co-branded deals and maintain ongoing partner relationships
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to guide strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing, events, community management, or influencer marketing
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or food industries is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Confident outreach and partnership building
- Event planning and execution experience
- Familiar with affiliate and influencer tracking tools
- Strong understanding of Kuwait’s wellness market
- Outgoing, proactive, and empathetic
- Organized multitasker with attention to detail
