- Responsible for Project administration (Raising Purchase requests, Stock requests, etc.)
- Responsible for Project HR tasks (attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Responsible for Project Resources Travel Booking
- Responsible for project documentations including MOMs, initiation documents
- Attend Change Requests status meetings.
- Coordinate Change Requests Status with project Resources
- Update Project CR’s on Jira system
- Responsible for Software Application Release Management and Environment Configuration Management.
- Perform Simple Admin Tasks for Jira system/ Azure boards and Document Management Systems
- Maintain and submit timely reports to the management.
- Assist the PM in other tasks as assigned
