The Accountant position in the construction and building industry in Kuwait is essential for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to real estate projects. The successful candidate will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while also providing insights into the financial aspects of real estate transactions and investments.Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, providing recommendations for cost control.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers and real estate teams to provide financial insights on project proposals and investments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Support financial forecasting and strategic planning initiatives related to real estate projects.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
